Value Add Service?

In the current economic climate, companies that decide to put their hand up and say "we will continue offering the best service we possibly can despite economic challenges" are the companies that will stand out from their peers.

Besides offering great service, going the extra mile by offering value add services is one of the many things we do differently at 21 Digital Web. The reason why our company slogan is "a fresh approach to the internet" We really work hard at providing our clients with a "fresh" experience when dealing with us.

For example: Most web hosts simply direct their clients to the web hosting control panel to perform tasks like: add a new email account, setup an email auto responder etc themselves.

Here at 21 Digital Web, our clients simply have to make these type of requests via our various Technical Support channels and we perform these tasks for them as a value add service. No need to try and figure out a web hosting admin control panel, unless you prefer to be hands on yourself, the tools are made available in any case.

We also try our best to be pro-active as opposed to re-active. For example, we set up Email and SMS notifications to a nominated person on our ADSL service to notify our client when their ADSL data bundle runs below a certain threshold.

Our ADSL clients can elect for SMS notifications to rather be sent to our Support Team when the ADSL bundle threshold is reached allowing us to act immediately, saving our client the phone call. This service carries a nominal monthly fee of R 21.00 per month.
